Ohio's TechCred program reimburses employers who invest in technology training for their team. The state covers up to $2,000 per credential and up to $180,000 per employer per year.
Any Ohio employer with W-2 employees is eligible — from businesses with 1 employee to 1,000+. All industries welcome.

How long is the program?
8 weeks, meeting once per week for 4 hours. Most training is virtual, with in-person available for Western Ohio businesses.
Do employees need technical experience?
No. The program is designed for both non-technical business professionals and technical staff.
Can multiple employees participate?
Yes! Employers can apply for up to $30,000 per application round — that's up to 15 employees at $1,995 each. Annual maximum is $180,000.
