1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ByteSiteLabs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

ByteSiteLabs provides web design and development services on a subscription basis. Services include website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance as specified in your chosen plan.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

Starter ($199/month): Up to 10 pages, 48-hour turnaround
Growth ($399/month): Unlimited pages, 24-hour turnaround, AI chatbot
Enterprise ($699/month): Multiple sites, same-day updates, e-commerce

All plans require a one-time setup fee (except Enterprise). Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

4. Unlimited Updates Policy

"Unlimited updates" means you can submit one request at a time. We will complete each request within your plan's specified turnaround time. Once complete, you may submit your next request. Updates must be within the scope of your plan (content changes, design tweaks, adding pages within limits).

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel anytime with no penalty. No refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to your website content, design, and code. We retain the right to use your project as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise. We use open-source technologies and third-party services where appropriate.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Supply necessary content, images, and brand assets
Maintain your domain registration and DNS settings
Use our services for lawful purposes only

8. Limitation of Liability

ByteSiteLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate service for violations of these terms.
